Tap the bottom left icon in the app (Menu Page) and then tap on your Profile. At the bottom tap on "Delete my Account" and follow the instructions.

Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel any recurring subscriptions (you will need to do this from your Google Play or App Store - see "How do I cancel a Pro subscription?" for more information). Any one-time purchases will be permanently lost.
