How do I get my purchases restored?
The new app doesn't have equivalent functionality to the add-ons the first version offered. However we can reimburse you the amount of Owl Tokens equivalent to the amount you spent on add-ons in the past. If you agree, please contact support@randonauts.com and provide us with the following information: 1. Proof of your previous purchases, like screenshots or bank receipts. 2. The email address you are using to sign into the new app. With this information, we will be able to credit the tokens to your user account.
